Dominic Wetton

VP of Accountability

The IFC VP of Accoutability is responsible for reviewing, investigating, and adjudicating reports of alleged misconduct of IFC chapters as Chair of the IFC Judicial Board, and reviews and makes recommendations on potential changes to the IFC bylaws.

Dominic Wetton is a senior from Santee, California and a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon, majoring in English Comparative Literature with a Single Subject Teaching emphasis. After graduation, he plans to substitute teach while also pursuing work in marketing or human resources as he prepares for graduate school, with the long-term goal of becoming a community college literature professor. He is also involved on campus as the Adobe Director for the American Marketing Association, contributing to creative and marketing initiatives within the organization. His previous experience includes serving as captain of a community college volleyball team, as well as completing upper-division English and journalism coursework, which have strengthened his leadership and communication skills. His goals include increasing transparency of IFC policy across chapters, holding members to high standards of accountability, and helping draft effective bylaws that support consistent enforcement while allowing chapters autonomy to grow and improve themselves.
