President

The IFC President has overall responsibility for the operation of the Interfraternity Council and serves as the primary leader and public representative of the organization. He presides over all IFC Executive Board, delegate, and Fraternity Presidents meetings, ensuring effective governance and decision-making. The President oversees all IFC financial approvals, election coordination, and reporting to the Pierce Greek Life Center Advisory Team, while maintaining official records and ensuring continuity through successor training. This role also fosters relationships with campus and community partners, coordinates philanthropy and scholarship initiatives, and supports the development and accountability of all IFC Executive Officers in collaboration with advisors.

Brendan Messinger is a third-year student from Los Angeles (Venice) and a member of Alpha Epsilon Pi, majoring in Business. After graduation, he plans to travel and backpack throughout Europe and potentially start his own company. He is also the Co-Director of Participant Relations for Dance Marathon, contributing to student engagement and event coordination on campus. His previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for IFC and holding a previous executive board position within Alpha Epsilon Pi, where he developed experience in leadership, financial oversight, and organizational management. His goals include strengthening Greek and campus relations, improving IFC accountability systems, enhancing organizational structure, and increasing community involvement across campus.
