Executive Vice President for Policy & Operations

The Executive Vice President for Policy & Operations supports the President by overseeing internal operations, managing key officers, and ensuring accountability across the Executive Board. He supervises the Vice Presidents of Accountability, Finance, Risk Management, Community Education, and Campus Relations, while maintaining accurate IFC records, minutes, and communications. This role ensures proper parliamentary procedure during meetings, coordinates officer activities through regular check-ins, and maintains the IFC calendar and Google Drive. Additionally, he promotes academic excellence within the fraternity community and oversees the development and enforcement of an IFC Executive Officer Code of Ethics.

Dimitri Perez is a sophmore from Irvine, CA, and a member of Beta Theta Pi. He is currently studying general business and plans to pursue opportunities in business, potentially in sales, entrepreneurship or finance. Apart from being involved in greek life, Dimitri is a member of the Lavin Entrepreneurship Center and early stage startup founder through SDSU’s Zip Launchpad. He has experience in policy and operations through running his own business, where he manages financial systems and day to day tasks. His goal is to create a more organized and accountable IFC by improving systems for communication and officer oversight. He also want to strengthen collaboration across positions and set standards so the board operates efficiently.
