VP of Recruitment

The IFC VP of Recruitment & Retention is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all recruitment activities to be conducted by IFC, being a public-facing resource for questions regarding IFC recruitment, and is also tasked with working with chapter New Member Educators to ensure the retention of both new members and active members in chapters.

Tyler Wallace is a junior from Santa Rosa, California, and is a member of Sigma Nu. He is majoring in Finance, and is involved as the Alumni Relations Chairman of Sigma Nu and as a Co-Founder of Hope4SanDiego, a non-profit LLC that helps provide blankets to the needy and homeless populations in San Diego, as well as victims of the January 2025 Los Angeles fires. As VP of Recruitment & Retention, his goal is to make sure that every student finds their community.
