Jake Young
VP of Public Relations
The VP of Public Relations & Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is tasked with developing marketing campaigns, promotional materials, managing the council’s social media and website, and liaising with on-campus and off-campus media to ensure that IFC programs and events, as well as IFC chapter events, are communicated properly to internal and external stakeholders. He is also responsible for acting as an advocate for DEI within the IFC, both in supporting member chapter’s DEI initiatives and for ensuring all IFC messaging and outreach efforts are accessible and inclusive.
Jake Young is a junior Marketing major from Bakersfield, California, and a proud member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. On campus, he serves as Internal Vice President for his chapter and previously produced media for the “Elevate” SDSU Associated Students slate. Beyond SDSU, Jake co-founded Pulse Partners, an agency that builds AI-driven digital solutions to boost user engagement, streamline messaging, and personalize B2B experiences.
