Other Greek Councils

The IFC is one of four Greek Councils on campus that make up the SDSU Greek System. The other three councils at SDSU are the College Panhellenic Association (CPA), the National Panhellenic Council (NPHC), and the United Sorority and Fraternity Council (USFC). Each council sends a  delegate to the meetings of the other councils, and we collaborate on events and initiatives throughout the year on a variety of topics, including health & safety, programming, policy awareness, risk management, and many others.

SDSU Panhellenic (CPA) is the largest women's organization on campus, and is the governing council of the 9 National Panhellenic Conference (NPC) chapters that have a presence on the SDSU campus. CPA chapters strive to reflect the values-based mission of NPC by engaging in service, leadership, and philanthropic initiatives that make a real impact. Further, CPA chapters plan and participate in sisterhood events, social events, and other programming throughout the year to help members develop leadership skills, make lifelong friendships, and prepare for life after college. CPA and IFC chapters and their respective Executive Boards consistently collaborate in risk management, health & safety initiatives, philanthropy, and other areas.
